For United Kingdom mainland retail orders:
Postage is free on orders over £30.00.
Otherwise all mainland United Kingdom destinations £3.00.

We endeavour to ship UK orders within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please allow a couple of weeks for personalised items. UK mainland orders are despatched by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery. A signature will be required on receipt so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address entered when ordering.

We ask that you sign for the item 'contents un-checked' or if there is any visible damage 'box damaged'. Any damage must be reported to Pots & Potions within 24 hours.

All overseas orders:
Postage depends on the weight of your order. This will be calculated automatically when you reach the Checkout, but before you pay for your order. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail.

Please note that for orders leaving the UK, the buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied on the goods on entry into the destination country. Pots & Potions accepts no responsibility for this and by placing an order you accept these terms and conditions.
